Behind the foundation stone is the Great Wall of China.
The overall implication is that national security is the foundation of stability and prosperity. With the embrace and care of the Motherland, Hong Kong is institutionally safeguarded by "One Country, Two Systems" principle, and emerges as a vibrant, prosperous city. Our Motherland is forever Hong Kong's strongest back up. While Hong Kong is striving to bring its economy to new heights, and provide a better living and future for its people, it will definitely continue to shine brightly at the international arena.
